The House of Fraud

Airplane rides, child brides, and women dressed in black,

the early morning call to prayer reminds me of Iraq.

Oil money buying bombs from dear friend uncle Sam

own your wives, beat your kids but don’t eat any ham.

Nine-eleven, SUV’s, salute the dollar bill

eat these bread and circuses until we’ve had our fill.

Support radicalization to stay up on your throne

bless me father I have sinned and now I must atone

for man made Gods and lightning rods, civilian casualties

Yemen lays in ruin so won’t you pay attention, please

they use God to control you but they’re Godless psychopaths

as they dictate with religion, if God is real they’ll feel her wrath

and if you judge us by the friends we keep, what of the House of Saud?

drink this wine and eat this bread, is it illusion or is it fraud?

but the devils in the details, they’ve curtailed basic human rights

but we don’t care, though its not fair

it’s out of mind and out of sight

and out of context and out of gasoline

and out of line and out of time

must wake now from the dream

who killed the messenger,

who cut the date palms down

who tamed the shrew,

who trained the crew

who turned the planes around

who drowned in crude oil

who crowned this house of fraud

who drank the wine

who did opine

who let them speak for God?
